Instant Dhokla Recipe






Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp eno powder
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 green chilles split (hari mirch) 
8-10 curry leaves (kadi patta) 
1 tsp mustard seeds (raai) 
1/4 tsp salt (namak) 
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp oil

Dhokla preparation :
  •     First mix gram flour, ginger paste,green chilli paste,yogurt,salt,sugar,turmeric powder,1sp oil and mix it well.Now add 1 cup water and mix well.
  •         Now take a container and grease it with oil.
  •         Boil water in a pressure cooker and place sieve (jaali) on it.
  •          Add eno powder to prepared mixture.
     
  •        Immediately pour this mixture in the greased container.
  •         Place it on jaali and cover the cooker.
  •         Remove the whistle of the cooker.
  •        Cook at high flame for 15-20 minutes.
  •         Now reverse the dhokla cake out of the container and cut into pieces once it is cooled.


  •         Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard seeds and once they splutter then add curry leaves.


  •         Finely chop green chilies.
  •         Pour this on dhoklas.
  •           Garnish with finely chopped dhania patti.
  •         Serve with some chutney.
